Return Policy

Our return policy lasts 30 days from the date of delivery. If 30 days have passed since your order was delivered, unfortunately, we cannot accept your return.To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, unwashed, uncut, unstyled, and in the same condition that you received it, with all original packaging and tags intact.

Returns & Exchange

Once your return is received and inspected, we will email you to confirm receipt and to notify you of the approval or rejection of your return.
Approved returns will be refunded via store credit only. We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need an exchange for the same item, please email us at support@zelinastudios.com before sending anything back
